Unlike anxiety attacks, panic attacks can hit you out of the blue and for unconscious reasons. When we can’t consciously think up the reason for panic we tend to believe it may have something to do with a physical issue. These should most definitely be checked if in fact you believe it may be connected. But for the most part, your panic has everything to do with your subconscious mind picking up fragments of data within the present environment that are connected to past traumas.
Your panic should be reflected on, but not obsessed over.
Answers to this cycle usually show up out of the blue, not through the conscious thinking mind.
Which means that reflection is good, and is enough to disconnect you from thinking that you are panic. Rather, this is something you are doing, not necessarily you either, but rather the unconscious parts of you. Protection is this systems main goal, an attitude of ‘better safe than sorry’ is usually its approach to unfamiliar situations.
With an open mind, listen to this podcast episode intently and I promise things will start making sense.
Healing your panic is possible, in fact available at any given moment. So don’t think you will be living in this state of perpetual fear forever. Even if someone has said this to you recently please make sure you go beyond your present state of feelings and emotions. I was once in your shoes.
