How does a corporate meditation program work exactly?
When you sign up for one of THE DAILY MEDITATION’s corporate meditation programs, you start by choosing between our 3, 6, or 12 month programs. You will then take one lesson per week. You may choose whether you want each weekly session to be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes. Most of the companies we work with opt for weekly hour-long meditation sessions for three months. We find this to be an adequate amount of time to learn and integrate the core parts of mindfulness and meditation in most workplaces.
What are the goals and measurables of the corporate meditation program?
Naturally, as a unique business you might have unique goals. And if that is the case, we will create a custom meditation program that is perfect for your needs.
The majority of the time, the following are our core goals:
- Improve the mental health of employees, including by reducing stress and anxiety.
- Provide employees with the tools they need to stay calm and focused at work.
- Learn to quieten the mind and develop concentration, leading to increased productivity
- Improve workplace communication and reduce conflicts
- Boost staff morale and reduce turnover rates
How our goals are measured
Naturally, during the course of your meditation program you will want to know that the sessions are working. We here at THE DAILY MEDITATION have engineered a specific way to measure the efficacy of the program and, where necessary, to edit the program to enhance the results. We will work with your HR department to monitor your team so that we can guarantee meaningful results from the program. We offer custom surveys and feedback tools so that you can get insight from the people who matter the most: your employees.
Sounds great. How do we start?
The best way to start is to get in touch with us either via our contact page (refer to the footer) or request a quote on our corporate meditation classes page. Together, we can schedule a one hour Intro To Meditation session.
In the Intro To Meditation session you and your team will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation. You will also experience 2 types of meditation: mindful breathing and Body Scan. Here, you will get to experience the wonder of meditation and you will realise how beneficial meditation can be for your company and employees.
And after that?
After your first corporate meditation class, we recommend that you survey your team and ask how they found the session. Specifically, ask whether they feel better equipped to handle the stresses and challenges at work. We find that the vast majority of employees feel better equipped after the meditation session. And their answer will give you the confidence you need to commit to the full corporate meditation program.
Once you are happy to go ahead with your corporate meditation program, we will schedule a time to chat so that we can customise the perfect corporate meditation program for your company.
